HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING?

Our Green Room can seat up to 50 for food or up to 70 with standing space. The room has direct access to both our lovely beer garden and main venue area. A private outside area can also be added for extra space

Our fantastic roof terrace holds 30 for seated space or up to 50 with standing space included.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME?

NO HIRE FEES!!!!

We currently don't charge any fees for booking either of our spaces although we do have a minimum spend commitment. This spend commitment  includes Food, Drinks & snacks. We may require a deposit to confirm your booking. 

Minimum spend commitments can be found below:

Monday - Friday day minimum spend fee £250

Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays day time minimum spend  £500

Monday - Tuesday evening minimum spend  £300

Wednesday - Thursday evening minimum spend  £500

Friday - Saturday evening minimum spend  £750

Sunday evening minimum spend  £400

CAN I PRE-ORDER FOOD?

Yes! We encourage pre-orders for large bookings and private parties to ensure everyone can get what they want! We can cater for all event types with a variety of menus for each occasion from our regular ala-carte to a canape and buffet menus that change seasonally.

CAN I PLAY MY OWN MUSIC OR BRING A DJ?

Yes! You can play your own music when you've booked the room for private use, we recommend bringing a physical device with a headphone jack or compiling a spotify playlist that can be played through our sound system. Hiring your own DJ or other live music entertainment can also be done although this will need to be confirmed before your event as we may require an additional license. 

CAN I BRING A CAKE OR OTHER SPECIAL FOOD ITEM?

Yes, although outside food may incur a corkage fee and must comply with food safety standards and any allergens must be reported to us prior to your arrival. 

WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR?

We do not have a private car park although abundant parking can be found on the road side on fortis green road, Firs Ave, Princess Ave & Birchwood Ave.
