No Hire Fees!

That's right, you heard it here first! We don't charge any hire fees for our spaces. We simply have minimum spend commitments that vary depending on the day and time of your event.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME?

Monday - Friday day minimum spend fee £250

Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays day time minimum spend  £500

Monday - Tuesday evening minimum spend  £300

Wednesday - Thursday evening minimum spend  £500

Friday - Saturday evening minimum spend  £750

Sunday evening minimum spend  £400

these fee's can be redeemed against food & drink on the night of your event.

CAN I PRE-ORDER FOOD?

Yes! We encourage pre-orders for large bookings and private parties to ensure everyone can get what they want! We can cater for all event types with a variety of menus for each occasion from out regular ala-carte to a canape and buffet menus that change seasonally. 

CAN I PLAY MY OWN MUSIC OR BRING A DJ?

Yes! You can play your own music when you've booked the room for private use, we recommend bringing a physical device with a headphone jack or compiling a spotify playlist that can be played through our sound system. Hiring your own DJ or other live music entertainment can also be done but will need to be discussed as a License or events notice may be required.

CAN I BRING A CAKE OR OTHER SPECIAL FOOD ITEM?

Yes, although outside food may incur a corkage fee and must comply with food safety standards and any allergens must be reported to us prior to your arrival. 

WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR?

We do not have a private car park although abundant parking can be found on the road side on fortis green road, Firs Ave, Princess Ave & Birchwood Ave.
